Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders placed with OLS Silk & Web Florist Inc are processed promptly during our regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Orders received after business hours or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or large-scale floral arrangements (such as weddings or events) may require additional preparation time, and delivery or pickup dates will be confirmed with the client in advance.
2. Delivery & Pickup
Local Delivery: We provide local delivery to Pineland, SC and surrounding areas. Delivery times are scheduled based on availability and order volume.
Pickup: Customers may choose in-store pickup at our shop location during business hours.
Delivery Confirmation: We will notify customers once their order has been successfully delivered or is ready for pickup.
3. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or materials may occasionally be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value. We ensure that the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement remain consistent with your chosen design.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Custom or event orders may require additional notice for cancellation. Please contact us directly at 843-226-4734 or info@olssilkwebflorist.com for cancellation requests.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because floral products are perishable and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns once arrangements have been delivered or picked up. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
