OLS Bostick Management Inc provides property management, asset administration, and real estate investment services. We do not sell physical products; instead, we deliver ongoing service-based solutions designed to preserve and grow the value of client properties and investments.
2. Service Fulfillment
Our services are fulfilled through formal management agreements established with property owners, investors, or beneficiaries. These agreements outline the scope of work, reporting schedules, and expected deliverables. Services are carried out according to the agreed terms and timelines for each client engagement.
3. Timelines & Deliverables
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of each portfolio or property. We provide regular progress reports and financial statements to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the engagement. Any changes to service timelines will be communicated promptly to clients.
4. Cancellations & Termination
Clients may cancel or terminate their management agreements in accordance with the terms outlined in their signed contracts. Notice periods and conditions for early termination will be specified within each agreement. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@olsbostickmanagementinc.com.
5. Refunds
Because our services are contractual and ongoing in nature, refunds are not typically provided. Any refund considerations due to unrendered services or overpayments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with the client’s management agreement.
