Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing

At OLS Howell Casket Company, we understand the urgency and sensitivity involved in funeral arrangements. Orders are processed promptly during our business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Orders received after business hours or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Custom or specialty casket orders may require additional time for production. In such cases, delivery timelines will be discussed and confirmed with the client prior to order acceptance.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery: We coordinate secure and timely delivery to funeral homes, cemeteries, or other specified locations. Delivery times are scheduled based on order details, availability, and location.

  • Pickup: Clients may arrange for pickup from our Pineland, SC location during business hours.

  • Delivery Confirmation: We provide confirmation once your order has been delivered or is ready for pickup.

3. Customization

Personalized features such as interior fabrics, engravings, or custom finishes may extend fulfillment timelines. Clients will be informed of estimated completion and delivery dates at the time of order.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or shipping has not yet begun. Due to the time-sensitive nature of funeral arrangements, cancellations after this period may not be possible. 5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order and used for time-sensitive services, we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered or picked up. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the situation promptly and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
